About Us

We are in the business of making a difference.

We took the emphasis off "disadvantaged" and put it on "people" where it belongs.

As one of the oldest and largest nonprofit agencies in Arizona, Goodwill of Central Arizona is nationally recognized as the leader in empowering people to achieve their highest level of personal and economic independence.

We Put People to Work.

Our philosophy is simple: Provide an environment that empowers people to believe in themselves. We help them develop new skills so they can succeed at work, achieve their goals and eliminate barriers.

At Goodwill, we believe in the power of work.
