LISA WILHAM, serves as Vice President of Mission Services, having previously served as Case Manager, Program Coordinator and most recently as Youth Services Director. Her current responsibilities include oversight of the Workforce Development division which includes services to disadvantages and disabled youth and adults, as well as the Commercial Services department which provides janitorial and landscaping services for both federal and state agencies. Prior to her career at Goodwill, Wilham worked extensively with local at-risk individuals, particularly youth and families. Prior to working for Goodwill, she designed, implemented and evaluated the success of new programs and activities targeting crisis intervention, resource referral networks, post-secondary education and Junior Achievement for a local charter high school. Her educational achievements include a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work (Magma Cum Laude), both from Arizona State University. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the ASU Center for Nonprofit Management & Leadership. She was appointed to the Arizona DES Human Rights Committee, which reviews unusual incidents reported in the state foster care system.
