Title 1 Funds:

The Ecademie faculty and administration has completed a school needs assessment to determine how to allocate 2010 Title 1 funds. Title 1 funds provide:

  • Supplemental Educational Services (SES): Tutors from state approved providers are available for students that demonstrate academic need.
  • Professional Development: Teachers participate in an intense monthly in-service provided by the Arizona Charter Board Association.
  • Support Services for Homeless Students: Students who qualify as homeless may receive supplemental school/hygiene supplies or assistance with emergency medical services.
  • Parental Involvement: One of the goals of our Title 1 program is to increase the levels of parental involvement. Funds are set aside to provide increased written communications with our school community.
