Through these programs, Goodwill strives to empower individuals to be productive and independent. Selected programs provided by Goodwill of Central Arizona are accredited by CARF, The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services. CARF is an independant non-profit accreditor of human services providers in the area of rehabilitation, employment, child and family, community and aging services.
