The Goodwill Programs and Services team consists of committed, highly credentialed professionals, many of whom are certified Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDF), who are dedicated to delivering quality services that are comprehensive and exemplary to youth and adults in the community.

Get Job Skills Training

Rewire yourself for success.  Goodwill of Central Arizona has many programs geared toward providing services to the Valley, Yuma and Prescott’s youth and adults, while helping people move from welfare to work. Through these programs, Goodwill strives to empower individuals to be productive and independent. These programs include:

• CCST Training
• The CCST Training is a two-week training program developed specifically to enhance skills in Human Relations focusing on what employers look for in communication, organization, customer service, and judgement. Additionally, CCST Training offers  Microsoft for the Workplace designed to enhance technical skills with the Internet, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Rehabilitation Services
• Goodwill’s Rehabilitation Services Department provides a range of vocational rehabilitation services to assist persons with various disabilities to be successful in employment.
• Senior Community Service Employment Program
• The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) serves people over 55 years of age with a priority for veterans and those over 60.
• Youth Services
• Giving youth an opportunity to succeed ensures a better future for everyone. Goodwill Youth Services collaborates with other community organizations and government agencies to provide employment programs for youth in central Arizona.

Selected programs provided by Goodwill of Central Arizona are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF is an independent nonprofit accreditor of human services providers in the area of rehabilitation, employment, child and family, community and aging services. CARF accreditation is a “seal of quality” that shows the highest standards of performance are met.
