Redesign by Goodwill Contest Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary: No Purchase is necessary to enter and making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Entrants must be Arizona residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Valid ID required. One entry per person.

2. Contest Rules: Official Rules and instructions are available by e-mailing redesigncontest@goodwillaz.org. To enter contest, e-mail a photo of your room submission with your first and last name, e-mail address and phone number to redesigncontest@goodwillaz.org. Entries can begin being submitted on Thursday, June 4 at 12:01am through Sunday, June 27 at 12:00pm.

3. Selection: A group of anonymous judges will review all submissions and select one (1) winner on Wednesday, June 30. Goodwill of Central Arizona, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the contest, will conduct the review and selection process. The winner will be called at the phone number provided in their entry email as well as announced on www.goodwillaz.org. The winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within three (3) days of receipt of same that releases Goodwill of Central Arizona, City Chic Interior Design, their parent and related entities from any liability in connection with the use of the prize. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and random selection of an alternate winner.

4. General Rules: Contest open to Arizona residents who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Valid ID required. Employees of Goodwill of Central Arizona, City Chic Interior Design, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their families are not eligible. All federal, state, local (and international, if applicable) taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants, by participating (a) release Goodwill of Central Arizona, City Chic Interior Design and their respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, sponsors, service agencies and independent contracts, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, or for any other reason outside the control of the Team from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No cash substitute for prize. In the event of a fire, the elements, mob, riot, national or local emergency, terrorism, calamity, epidemic, war, illness of the winner and/or their guests, or for any other reason outside the control of Goodwill of Central Arizona which prevents the winner and/or their guests from receiving the $500 gift card or the one-hour consultation are under no obligation to provide a substitute or alternative prize. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entry into the contest constitutes the winner to comply with these requirements. Award of prize is subject to winner’s proof of eligibility.

5. Prize and approximate Odds of Winning: One prize winner will win a $500 gift card to Redesign by Goodwill and a one-hour consultation with City Chic Interior Design. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. Void where restricted, taxed or prohibited by law. Valid only at participating Goodwill of Central Arizona stores.
