Belinda Banger - Chief Administrative Officer

Belinda Banger is Chief Administrative Officer at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. She draws upon her wealth of experience from for-profit and non-profit environments alike to oversee the corporate support services departments foundational to Goodwill’s operations and the mission services which make the organization’s social impact possible.

Banger brings 25 years of executive leadership experience in strategic planning, brand management, operations, all corporate support services, and profit/loss responsibility within several industries to include fitness/recreation, hospitality, non-profit YMCAs, multi-disciplined consulting, and public agency contracting. Holding past Vice President to CEO/COO titles through the years, Banger is skilled in directing large geographic regions of multi-site operations offering diverse services and revenue streams. Experienced in forming and managing development and operating agreements for creative public/private collaborations, she brings a proven track record of enhancing team performance by maximizing resources for growth, quality, and organizational success. In the last decade, Banger has also served many of the largest cities, counties, and state government agencies across the U.S. in strategic planning, asset management, technology development, change management, and accessibility practices.
