Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to ending poverty through the power of work. Goodwill takes a holistic approach to employment by providing job seekers the tools to feel confident, purpose driven, and successful. Goodwill empowers individuals, strengthens families, and builds stronger communities.

Donating or shopping at Goodwill supports our no-cost career services, which are available to anyone looking for a new job, education, or training. Goodwill diverts millions of pounds of material from Arizona landfills, giving them second life through reuse or recycling. It starts with your donations.

When you drop off your items at one of your local Goodwill stores or schedule a home pickup service, you help stock our stores with great finds and vintage treasures. This is the first step in helping us tackle the problem of poverty in Arizona!

Let the shopping begin!

Looking for a designer dress or cool French press? Thanks to you, our shelves are stocked with great finds! Stop by one of your local Goodwill retail stores to help your community.

What we can’t sell, we recycle.

More than 200 million pounds of material are diverted from local landfills each year through our recycling program.

Donating & shopping funds our career services.

Through the combination of your donations and shopping, we are able to provide no-cost career services throughout Arizona and online at mycareeradvisor.com. From resume and interview skills development to computer and soft skills training, our services are available to anyone in need of help finding a job.
