Looking to donate from home, but you're outside of Goodwill's designated service areas? Need additional services such as support loading heavy items or disassembling furniture? Schedule a pickup with our partner ReSupply anywhere in the Valley. Fees may vary.

GOODWILL HOME PICKUP SERVICE AREAS

The Goodwill Home Pickup program is available in select zip codes for convenient, curbside pickup for a nominal fee of $35. Service areas rotate daily, Monday – Sunday, 8 AM – 5 PM, see the map below.

Goodwill Home Pickup Requirements:

  • • Click here to read and understand Goodwill’s home pickup terms and conditions.
  • • Home pickups are outdoor driveway/curbside only.
  • • All items must be ground level. Goodwill Home Pickup drivers will not transport items up or down stairs or in elevators.
  • • Please ensure all small items are bagged or boxed.
  • • Please schedule your home pickup date at least one week out; we receive a high volume of home pickup requests.
  • • For cancellations, please refer to your confirmation email.

Need Additional Home Pickup Support?

Goodwill has partnered with ReSupply to offer additional home pickup services throughout Northern and Central Arizona.

  • ReSupply picks up everything – They pick up all items of any condition to donate to Goodwill.
  • ReSupply removes items from anywhere in your home – Their licensed and insured haulers can pick up your items from anywhere within your residence, including up and down stairs.
  • ReSupply offers professional disassembly – Their haulers are equipped with the training and tools to disassemble any of your items for removal.
  • Pricing varies based on distance, support, and quantity of items – Their paid service provides a convenient, affordable solution with flexible scheduling, professional haulers, and full support throughout your pickup.
  • All items are donated to your local Goodwill.

ADDITIONAL GOODWILL DONATION INFO

  • You’ll receive a dated receipt for your donation. Keep this receipt, and refer to our estimated donation values page as a general guide when assessing the value to claim on your tax return. Goodwill cannot assign a tax value for you.
  • As of May 1, 2016, Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona no longer accepts CRT Box TVs or TVs more than 5 years old. Plasma/LCD/LED TVs are still accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
