Our Mission Starts With Your Generosity!

Before scheduling a home pick-up donation, please review these important details:

Items must meet the following conditions and standards for pick-up. If an item does not meet these standards, it will not be accepted.

  • Items must be in a good to gently-used condition.
  • Items cannot have large rips or tears.
  • Items must have no bugs.
  • Items must be gathered and packaged for pick-up. Items not arranged, boxed or bagged will not be picked up.
  • All items must be on a ground-level as drivers cannot go up or down stairs and elevators.
  • Please ensure an accurate count of items is shared
  • We cannot pick up any type of mattress or box spring (including, but not limited to: futons, sleeper sofas and anything that contains a mattress or a box spring).
  • We cannot pick up trash or hazardous materials (including, but not limited to: cleaning supplies, paint, pool chemicals, etc.).
