What Items Qualify for Donation Pickup in Phoenix

Spring is officially here and for most people, that means operation spring cleaning is in full force. If you’re in the decluttering process, keep in mind that you can donate a lot of those unwanted items. For instance, instead of storing those unused kitchen appliances or bikes in the garage, you can schedule a home donation pickup, and Goodwill will take it off your hands for free!

  • Accessibility/Mobility Items

(canes, crutches, wheelchairs, etc.)

  • Appliances

(large and small)

  • Bedding/Drapery/Linens

(curtains, drapes, towels, rods, etc.)

  • Books/Magazines/Media
  • Children’s Games/Bikes/Toys/Stuffed Animals
  • Clothing/Shoes
  • Electronics

(small electronics, large speakers, televisions, etc.)

  • Furniture

(bed frames, sofas, couches, lamps, end tables, chairs, etc.)

  • Household Goods

(antiques, home décor, knickknacks, etc.)

  • Kitchenware

(dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, etc.)

  • Outdoor Items

(BBQ grill, lawn and patio furniture, storage, etc.)

  • Sporting Goods

(bikes, skis, camping equipment, bumper pool tables, etc.)

  • Tools/Equipment

(garden equipment, lawn mowers, power tools, etc.)

Home Pickup Policies

  • Pickups are made starting at 8 a.m. through dusk. No specific window can be guaranteed. 
  • If you are scheduling a pickup for a business, school, or church, please contact us Toll-Free at 855-513-8444.
  • If your pickup is large enough to fill a large truck, please contact at 855-513-8444.
  • Each pickup truck has only one driver. If your donation is too large to be moved by one person, please contact us at 855-513-8444.
  • Please make sure all items are on ground level and ready for pickup.
  • Please ensure all smaller and loose items are secured in bags or boxes.
  • Please ensure all fragile/breakable items (glass, mirrors, etc.) are properly packed to avoid breakage.
  • You will receive a reminder email from the Home Pickup Team one day in advance of your scheduled pickup date to remind you of your scheduled pickup service.
  • A tax deductible Donation Receipt will be left at your front door.
