- Goodwill will provide you with detailed instructions prior to the Job Fair and will guide you through the process.
- You and the job seekers will join the Virtual Job Fair via a Zoom link provided by Goodwill.

- Participation in Goodwill’s Virtual Job Fair – Be a featured employer in one of our quarterly virtual job fairs. During this event, you will have the opportunity to share an organizational overview and information about open positions. Also included:
o Your open positions posted on the MyCareerAdvisor.com website and in our Goodwill Career Centers.
o Exclusive breakout rooms just for your organization allowing for real-time engagement with a group and/or personalized one-on-one interactions.
o The flexibility to have an unlimited number of recruiters attend the breakout sessions. - Virtual Interview Scheduling Service – Goodwill will set up an interview schedule for you to interview potential employees after the virtual job fair. During this two-hour session, we will set up interested job seekers with a 10-minute interview with one of your recruiters.

Goodwill will manage all aspects of the virtual event, from marketing and promotion to day-of execution. As the exclusive employer, you’ll be able to simply join in online day-of to share an organizational overview and information about open positions.
- Mission Tour – Hear powerful stories from individuals whose lives and futures have been transformed by Goodwill. We host Goodwill Mission Tours virtually or in-person at our Retail Operations Center (ROC) to share with customers, donors, partners, and employees how we are impacting our community.

- Connect with Goodwill Career Navigators – Have the opportunity to present your organization to our Career Navigators. This will give our Career Navigators the ability to help develop talent pipelines for your organization.
