Adam Lewis - SVP, Chief Retail Officer

Adam Lewis is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Retail Officer for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). He has served with Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona for more than 20 years and holds extensive retail management experience. Lewis has held escalating retail leadership roles at Goodwill, including Sr. Retail Regional Director, to more recently, he served as the Sr. Director of Retail, Construction and Facilities, the Vice President of Retail Operations, and Chief Retail Officer. Through his diligence and decisive leadership, Lewis has expedited the organization’s growth in the retail sector to over 100 locations as of 2024.

Lewis has a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry, with skills in management, customer service, coaching, retail, and leadership. His extensive experience continues to guide and inform operational excellence at GCNA.
