Bobby Ghisolfo - Senior Vice President and Chief Mission Officer

Bobby Ghisolfo is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Mission Officer for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). Ghisolfo joined Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in 2015 and has served as an Employer Experience Manager, Sr. Manager of Employer Experience, Area Manager of Community Engagement, Director of Business Development, Director of Mission Services of Rural Markets, Director of Mission Services, Sr. Director of Mission Services, VP of Mission Services, and SVP of Mission Services.

Ghisolfo strives to create awareness among government, community, and employer partners about the advantages of partnering with GCNA, utilizing strategic outreach and a detailed approach to everyday activities to ensure maximization of every shared or created opportunity. He works with local market leaders to develop strategic plans that serve the overall mission of GCNA. Before coming to Goodwill, Ghisolfo worked in the financial services industry for more than 18 years, including experience in retail banking, mortgage banking, and real estate.

Ghisolfo values the strong personal and professional connections he has built among the individuals he works with every day, from frontline team members to fellow leadership team members, and believes strongly in ongoing professional development. In his time with Goodwill, Ghisolfo has appreciated the ability to be on the front end of developing programs that positively impact the community, both internally at GCNA and externally.
