With a career spanning over 35 years in real estate, Carol Perry has held executive leadership positions in brokerage operations, home warranty, title and escrow, real estate publishing, and executive training and development. Carol currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at HomeSmart International and has held that position for over a decade. Carol is a proven leader and coach, talented in building and leading highly focused teams recognized as key contributors to corporate profitability and company success.
As a strategic cultivator of key relationships with leaders, team members, and business partners, Carol has continued to impact the real estate industry through her tireless efforts to advance the careers of countless individuals and organizations. Carol has organized and continues to lead the largest group of residential real estate brokerage owners and industry leaders in a mastermind group held in Arizona for nearly 25 years. This group proudly includes the Arizona Real Estate Commissioner, the CEO of Arizona Association of Realtors and the CEO or Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, along with many other industry and brokerage leaders. She also served previously as Partner and CEO at one of Arizona’s leading locally owned home warranty companies, Platinum Home Warranty.
Carol currently holds numerous community leadership positions, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. She is also a founding member of a local charity assisting real estate agents faced with tragedy or illness. Additionally, Carol is a current member of the Strategic Steering Committee at Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Carol holds a degree in Communications/Journalism from Southern Methodist University and is Founder’s Circle member and certified coach, speaker and trainer at the John Maxwell Team.
