Dan Kellett – Chief Operating Officer

Dan Kellett is the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Joining the Goodwill organization in 2001 as a store manager, Kellett has led every aspect of our retail and logistics operations during his tenure, from retail stores to retail donation centers, and the Retail Operations Center.

He has been instrumental in implementing new processes and strategic initiatives to make our stores and operations more efficient, generating increased revenue to support and advance our Mission. He has been a key player in improving our culture across the organization; instrumental in partnering with the real estate team to identify and open the right stores as our organization has continued to evolve; helped lead the cloth grading and salvage grading initiatives within Goodwill to further maximize donation value; and developed new eco-friendly procedures, partnerships and business lines to further strengthen our environmental and sustainability efforts.

Kellett is a vocal advocate of cross-functional teams and leveraging the individual contributions from each member.

Kellet’s leadership has helped propel Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona to be one of the top-performing Goodwills in virtually every retail measure.
