We Want To Know Your Why!

Your donations help support our WHY: We’re fighting to end unemployment in Arizona. Thanks to your goodwill, you’re helping support job placement and job preparation at no-cost career centers throughout Arizona.

All of our donors have a reason why they donate. Why they bring their donations to their neighborhood Goodwill store. Might it be because they’ve had unneeded items rolling around their trunk that they need to clean out, or that they might have a growing family that it is going through clothes faster than they can wear them.

#tellusyourwhy for the chance to win up to $300 in AMEX Gift Cards. Here’s how:

  1. Submit 1-3 sentences about why you donate to Goodwill. Entries can be submitted on @goodwillaz’s Facebook page, or emailed to socialmedia@goodwillaz.org. Submissions must be entered by Sunday, June 17 at 11:59pm AZ Standard Time.
  2. After the submission date has passed, we’ll post all entries to Facebook, and voting for the best “why” will start on June 18 and will go through June 22.   

   The winning entry with the most likes for their “why” will receive a $300 AMEX gift card. The runner-up will be receive a $150 AMEX gift card, and the second runner-up will win $50 AMEX gift card.

*Contest valid only within Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona territory. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on June 17 11:59 pm AZ Standard, on Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona’s Facebook page or emailed to socialmedia@goodwillaz.org. Entries deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be considered. The winner selection will be held on Goodwill’s Facebook page, and entries will be deemed winners by the quantity of “likes” they receive. The winning entry with the most likes for their “why” will be receive a $300 AMEX gift card. The runner-up will be receive a $150 AMEX, and the second runner-up will win $50. Winners will be contacted by the end of June 2018 about their prize.
