John Andrews – Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

John H. Andrews serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). Andrews offers more than four decades of progressive experience in the non-profit healthcare, non-profit affordable housing, education, payments, business services, teleservices, technology, and consumer products industries.

Throughout the last nine years, Andrews has focused his career on essential non-profit organizations serving populations in need that give back to the community. This focus included the healthcare and affordable housing sectors serving Circle the City, Hushabye Nursery, and Arizona Housing, Inc.

Andrews most recently served as principal of iClient Global, LLC, a management consulting firm providing financial, operating, general management, and turnaround professional services to clients.

Andrews joined GCNA in February 2024. He relishes the opportunity to collaborate with talented team members to further the impact of Goodwill’s mission through strategic growth and capability development, while ensuring Goodwill’s reputation for solid financial integrity and performance.

Andrews holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and has completed numerous executive education curricula including the Stanford Financial Management Program.
